Our association is named Society for Young Researchers on Neuroscience (NOU KAGAKU WAKATE NO KAI).

2.

Our association is comprised of people who are interested in neuroscience and relevant fields all over Japan. Society for Young Researchers on Neuroscience (NOU KAGAKU WAKATE NO KAI) aims to contribute to the development of neuroscience by expanding disciplinary boundaries through communication and cooperation.

Our association has the following officers for running.
President: one person, Vice President: a few, Branch Organizer: one person per branch, System Manager: one person, Treasurer: a few, Event Planner: a few.

4.

Governing rules are decided by the officer meeting composed of the officers written in the rule 3.

1. The officer meetings are regularly held a few times in a year. The meeting is made official if over a half of the officers are present, and a decision is made when a majority of participants agree.
2. Changes in rules of Society for Young Researchers on Neuroscience (NOU KAGAKU WAKATE NO KAI) require over two thirds of the participants to agree.

5.

Society for Young Researchers on Neuroscience (NOU KAGAKU WAKATE NO KAI) runs and manages this web site and mailing list. The system manager, system staffs and mailing list users will follow the separate mailing list usage rules.

These rules are effective since February 27th 2009.
